Victoria Lillian (Pappas) Lagges

Victoria Lillian (Pappas) Lagges Victoria Lillian (Pappas) Lagges was a multi-faceted individual with many interests: travel, music, art, literature, dancing, history, nature, architecture, and more. Her professional experiences mirrored this same variety—she was an instructor at College of DuPage, a consultant for AT&T, a former television talk show host, and the fashion director for Patricia Stevens Modeling Agency.

Victoria was also a dedicated and generous donor to Northern Illinois Food Bank, donating annually with her husband James for 15 years. “Hunger was a cause Victoria cared deeply about,” James explains.

In addition to their annual giving, Victoria also left a gift for the Food Bank through her IRA—money that was earned during her multi-industry career, James shared.

We’re so grateful to Victoria for leaving a legacy of which her family can be proud—one that will help provide nutritious food our neighbors need and want to thrive.
